Hello again. Remember me?

As you may remember I've been held prisioner in the real world, as part of my prision duties I have been forced to act as a stunt lawyer for my GF (Her inside, she who should be ignored Razz

).

Anyway we finally won something - we are the first people to overturn a GTC decision http://www.tes.co.uk/article.aspx?storycode=6044578 but the GF gets all the credit in the article! Sad

I only get a mention as she was helped by her friend or some such. Angry / Fuming

Actually I'm not really bothered - I don't won't the press bugging me. It would have been better if she had kept her big gob shut to the press as well in my opinion as she has verbal incontinance.

Anyway still got a High Court Hearing for her unfair dismissal case to go. I just thought I'd inform you that I made history even if I didn't get any credit for it. Razz

I won $100 in the lottery once - and didn't tell my wife.

I have a bad feeling about what's going to happen with my 3 months of pay I'm entitled to. I was promised I'd be paid to the end of my contract (Aug. 31), but these people are 'Christians', so I don't trust them. I hope I don't wind up taking them to court...

I think I mentioned before, my Texan facebook friend "Chuck E Jesus" went through an almost identical situation a few months back, and he managed to get it sorted out..

Worth giving him a shout if you get into problems

Hi all!

Court update - the Hearing at the Appeal Court has now been conceded by Sandwell without us having to attend a hearing! The case is to be referred back to the EAT for a full Hearing . So I won that one without even having to get out of bed! Apparently, as his Clerk told me, Judge Elias, the lead Judge for the Hearing, has been "Leaning on Sandwell MBC" & "Shouting in a very Loud Whisper" that the case was very, very likely to succeed and be referred back to the EAT and that "it was wasting the Court's time" - "Sandwell have now taken the hint and conceded." Lets hope they now capitulate at the EAT too! Like that BP guy "I'd like my life back."
